Social Listening with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

With the recent update to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 the product now includes Social Listening as standard.  The product collects data from all of the leading social networks and presents aggregated data to you in simple to understand charts and graphs. The product is configured to look for information about your brands and products, ensuring that you stay on top of what people are saying and you can spot positive or negative trends early.  

This great new service is available at no additional cost to CRM online customers with more than 10 Professional subscriptions. It is also available to all for a small additional subscription.
