Solution - Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Activedition CMS
C2 have recently launched a new website and Dynamics CRM solution for the British Council for Offices. Dynamics CRM Online is deployed in the cloud to underpin the new membership system from the BCO. This has been fully integrated with the new website at www.bco.org.uk.
The Dynamics CRM Online solution has been configured by C2 to provide:
- Account & Contact management
- Membership records
- Payments & Invoicing with Sage integration
- Events & Conference management
This has been complemented with a range of workflows to automate business processes and a full suite of management reports. In addition to putting in place the new CRM solution, C2 were commissioned to undertake a full data migration from the previous membership solution.
The new website is fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and is underpinned by the Activedition CMS. This allows for CRM records to be automatically pushed through to the website, e.g. Events, Publications etc.
The online payment gateway is also integrated with CRM ensuring that all outstanding payments can be paid online. Payments recorded in CRM are imported to Sage Line 50, ensuring a fully integrated solution.
