Business Background

Travelife Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of ABTA, the UK trade associations. It is supported by major European trade associations and tour operators like Thomas Cook, TUI and Kuoni. Travelife is a web-based certification system which helps accommodation providers to measue their sustainability performance. The system has been designed through stakeholder consultation, involving tour operators, hoteliers, trade associations, Non-Governmental Organisations, audit firms and academia.

Solution - Microsoft Dynamics CRM

To support Travelife operations C2 architected a Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises solution specific to the requirements of the organisation. The Travelife CRM design reflected customised forms and views for:

C2 worked with Travelife to import all of the initial data into the new Dynamics CRM implementation from a range of sources across the business.

As part of the project delivery C2 also provided training, skills transfer and project management services. C2 continues to support the Travelife CRM operations.
